Monday Musings 7

My muse is on book covers. Some of them are way to off topic, like a roller coaster on a math textbook. Some, try way too hard to be deep, like the outsiders cover of a mans chest on a black background in a leather jacket. Only a few I’ve seen are good, like a frog on the cover of silent spring by Rachel Carson in Mrs.Troys class. This shows a lack of respect for the book by the cover makers. The saying don’t judge a book by its cover does not apple to this. This is true because when you go to a bookstore, do you look at a summary of the book or the cover. If you look at the summary, you’re not with the majority of Americans. I don’t really like books when they don’t have a good cover.
