Miranda, a girl growing up in 1978. Gets a mysterious note asking for her apartment key. The note is anonymous so she thinks nothing of it. But a few days later, someone breaks into the house. When they hear about the news , they go home to see the damage, when they see nothing was stolen, they are relieved. They eventually find out that someone stole their hidden secret apartment key that only miranda and her mom knew about. Within the next couple of months, she get other notes like to look inside colin’s (her friends) backpack. Inside it she found a piece of bread stolen from the bakery they work at.
